Cleveland XLI HiBore Hybrid Irons
The new Cleveland Hibore XLi Hybrid Irons offer game improvement characteristics with a more traditional look. The XLi are based off the same design as the original HiBORE irons but with some improved features. The long irons now have a bigger chassis and they are a little more square shaped than the first generation HiBore. The updated design increases the clubs Moment of Inertia (MOI) so you can be sure that the Hibore XLi is an improvement on the last generation when to comes to being more forgiving for the higher handicapped golfer.
The high moment of inertia reduces the twisting of the club during off center hits and increases its launch angle. The shorter irons have a thinner top line and are slightly more compact. This is the feature that sets the XLi’s apart from the competitors Hybrid Irons. The set features a seemless transition from the 3-iron through to the pitching wedge with no major change between the look up, set up and address between one club to another. The XLi also increase playability out of the rough with their heel toe drag relief zones. This helps reduce each irons drag adding more control to your shots throughout varying turf conditions. The Cleveland Hibore XLi Hybrid Irons are very easy to hit.
